2. Click on add new proxy.Name the Proxy and the click on the Proxy Details button.. Select the Manual Proxy Configuration radio button. Enter the following IP Address 109.109.243.186 Port: 80. Click OK.
3. Your proxy page should look like this now.
4. Select "Use proxy (whatever you named it) for all URLs" from the Mode button at the top left. You should now be able to go to www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/ and watch user content.

Included in this interview is breaking news of an alien prison planet where approximately 31,000 abductees are being held. Recently the lights that were seen over Manhattan on October 13th were spotted over El Paso. Interestingly the lights and their strange maneuvers are being recorded by news cameras. The lights were spotted at night, sparking off a lot of calls to the news channel and they calls were mostly consistent in reporting the same phenomenon.
The lights are linked to Manhattan because of the similarity in number and maneuverability, as well as tails recorded streaming from them. (Recall that the night video of the Manhattan objects below the reporters zoomed in on one and spotted a tail).
These strange sightings began on October 13th, 2010 in Manhattan during the entire day and part of the night. A retired officer from NORAD, one Stanley A. Fulham, published a book earlier this year about the strange UFO encounters and the documents he had about them while at NORAD. In his book "Challenges of Change ed. 3" Challenges of Change, Book 1 he also states that, world wide, UFO's will be seen tentatively on October 13th of 2010. While there were many other cities that reported similar lights as seen on my October 14th posting, the sightings were certainly not a world wide "Independence Day" style First Contact as it was made to sound. Nevertheless, it is strange that these lights continue to appear and that official stories continue to change regarding them as time goes on.
Alex Jones (currently running a fund raiser for his show) has said that these global UFO sightings are setup by the global elite. This harkens back to warnings from Werner Von Braun ("The final threat will be the extraterrestrial threat). Ronald Reagan had mentioned a subtle push for global unity in a speech where he asked (and I'm roughly paraphrasing here), "Would we not put away our differences if we were faced with a threat from outside this world? And yet, I ask you, is not such a threat already among us".
Is there actually a global conspiracy to dangle pretty lights in the air to keep the public confused? Are these holographic weapons being tested out world wide or are these sightings the real deal? It's curious to note that the FAA generally has records of UFO's on RADAR, and these blobs haven't shown up on RADAR. Whether that information is being held until a whistleblower reveals the truth or the FAA is actually telling the truth, it's too soon to know.
I can't tell you what to believe or not to believe - that's not why I'm here. What I can leave you with is this little gem. When in doubt, use Accoms razor : The simplest explanation is usually the right one.

As of today there has been a reported sighting of UFO's over New York City.
NYPD claims they are weather balloons and the FAA says it hasn't registered them on RADAR.
Maybe there is something more to what Stan Fulham has to say?
During the day hundred of orbs filled the skies and slowly disappeared until 4:30. However, during the night over 50 stars are reported at night. Later on at night this reporter zooms in on an object and sees it has a tail and lights.

5 hours ago this video of a UFO uncloaking was posted on YouTube claiming to be over Los Angeles.
Also, on October 13th there are unconfirmed rumors of a mountain village in China disappearing after a UFO was spotted in the skies above. The video is poor and grainy, with a lot of noise, a strange blue light pulses on in the distant background, and the translation of the news report isn't that great. We'll have to wait for better video and translations before we can verify this.
It is also rumored that the area in the Qinling mountains are cordoned off by soldiers.

Reporters today (13), respectively, to Shaanxi Provincial Public Security Bureau, Shaanxi Military District, and the Qinling Mountains surrounding Hanzhong, Ankang, Baoji, Xi'an, Shangluo confirmation, the parties did not receive any relevant reports have indicated that Network attached network belongs to the rumors.
Further there is a video from Moscow showing UFO Orb activity during twilight. The video was uploaded the 13th and states this sighting was during October but it is unclear if it was the 13th. If anyone can translate what they are saying in the video it would be greatly appreciated.
There has been a long build up to UFO disclosure this decade. It may have begun quietly with documentaries and science fiction movies, but this last year has seen a more serious tone on the ET front. With President Obama's administration holding a press conference on the issue of disclosure, and more recently in a book written by a former NORAD officer (rank still unknown to me) Stanley A. Fulham.
Officer Fulham has written in his recent 3rd edition book that on today's date, October 13th, 2010 there will be a massive FIRST CONTACT with alien craft hovering over every major city in a very similar way to the movie Independence Day.
However, as of yet there have been no major sightings or reports throughout the day of any strange craft hovering over any major cities.
Although Officer Fulham did state the date as being tentative, it does not lend any credence to any future predictions for Disclosure and first contact on his part. Yoga Berra once said, "Predicting is a risky business, especially if it's about the future".
This does, however, give a much major push to disclosure. It feels as though disclosure is coming imminently closer. Recently, it was announced by the discoverers of exoplanet Gliese 581 G (Prounounced Glee-suh after the German astronomer that cataloged that system's sun Gliese 581) believe there to be a 100% of life on that world. At 20 light years away, Gliese 581 g (believed to have been named Zarmina) is a stone's throw away in the cosmic scale of the universe.

The statement that Zarmina contains life on it is currently hotly contested. Although I'm sure a few of you will be interested to know that this planet is in the Libra constellation. Currently, more analysis and equipment capable of taking far more data from the planetary system is needed before it is even known if Zarmina(Gliese 581 G) has an atmosphere, the composition of the atmosphere and if there is liquid water on the planet.

Stan Fulham claims that the ET's will try to make First Contact today (13 Oct. 2010) due to CO2 rising to a dangerously high critical mass of 22%. Currently the only major news happening in the world is the rescue of 33 Chilean miners having been trapped in a collapsed mine shaft for several months.

It's been almost two years since I last posted. A lot has happened in that time, and as a result of being too busy I've missed out on reporting some really amazing things - like the spiral in the Norwegian Sky, the UFO that closed down a chinese airport for two days, the economic crash, and a lot of other things too numerous to mention here.
Needless to say, I will cover them in due time. I can't ignore them on this blog, and also by bringing them up later I will jog people's memories of things long forgotten in the busy grind.
So, get ready for some interesting news. I will try to be more in depth and search for the strangest and rarest news.
